The FBCA is committed to supporting our members and the wider bereavement sector by sharing knowledge and good practice across all aspects of burial, cremation, and memorialisation. This webinar has been developed to explore the role of public tours and open days within crematoria and cemetery settings, and to highlight practical approaches to delivering these in a sensitive, informative, and engaging way.
